Laser-toe

Last night I went to karate practice ... and forgot to relax and take it easy in class. We were practicing "kumite" (free form fighting) ... and I ended up fracturing my toe!

Today, at the end of my physiotherapy session, I got special laser treatment for my toe to reduce the swelling. I thought it was hysterical, sitting there in my physiotherapist's office and having her point a laser pen at my toe. My "injury"!
